I've packaged all the files together in one download it make it easier for you, just exact the Modded IMG file and then drag and drop ALL 7 files into gta3.app in iExplorer, that's it!! No, if you're using an A5 device or above. The iPad 3 is highly recommended as it has the1 gb of RAM, however it works fine on the iPad 2 as far as I know.

This mod is for GTA IV, not for GTA III, so it can't be ported to iOS.
