Can anyone confirm whether iFunBox works just as well to transfer files? I've had no luck in getting either the old iPhone Explorer or the renamed iExplorer to work without getting the error about being unable to start the iPhone listener process.

Ifunbox does work. I had same problem with listening error.

How to you put Roms onto your device? I don't know how... I'm new to this can someone please help?

download iexplorer

http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/

then start iexplorer

iphone or ipad > apps > imame > documents

put the .zip rom files here
