Well, Spectral Souls just came out on iOS. You can even try the first few chapters for free.

Fruit Ninja!!!! That is a game that cant be left out from that list. Maybe bejeweled, I love the current version on the appstore, thoughts about that one are mixed. And Plants vs. Zombies, of course. Maybe doodle jump.

Typically I just google for mine. There is a good thread for this over at macrumors where people post there wallpapers
