10000000 is the perfect game for me right now because it's got that persistent RPG level progression I crave, but it's fun and bite-sized. I can play it for a couple of minutes during a break and feel like I'm making progress.

Can you guys recommend any other similar bite-sized RPG-like games that are easy to play for a minute or two? I loved King Cashing, and I already have Dungeon Raid and Tower of Fortune.

I never thought I'd say this, but these days, I'm just looking for those short RPG-type experiences and a game I can actually finish! Thinking about getting ORC: Vengeance sometime as well. Thanks!
Maybe also Sword and Poker 2. It's not a bite sized game, but you play in bite sized pieces -- it's portrait and saves after every move, so you can bite size it as much as you want. (e.g., perfect for playing on the bowl!)

I second this question. However, I'm looking for a more typical JRPG with experience/character building but played in Portrait mode. Something like Final Fantasy turned 90 degrees. Do any of you have good suggestions?

I've downloaded RPG Quest - Minimae, but it doesn't have experience or reason to keep grinding. And I'm thinking about getting Kyle's Quest 2, but not sure if that will be experience-based either. I also have The Quest, but unfortunately that isn't styled in a FF JRPG way.

I'll also be trying 10000000 at some point, but I'm really more in the mood for a traditional JRPG... that I can play in portrait so it looks like I'm just checking my calendar or something!

Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Thanks

Yup, I love the Sword & Poker games, too! What else you guys got?

I need something for my good ol' second gen that either:
-Has artistic value as great as or better than the art in Kometen
Or
-Has musical value as great as or better than the music in superbrothers s&s

Something where it's less of a game and more of a visual or musical experience.

I'm looking for a game for my iPhone that meets the following criteria:

-Played in portrait mode
-Does not require a pause button to stop playing
-Easy to come back to

As an example: Dungeon Raid is perfect

Have you tried either of the Sword and Poker games?
