The other day I asked for games like Cut the Rope because I had previously dismissed all physics puzzles as "not my genre" and someone suggested Where's My Water. I bought that and it's great. So thanks! I'll also check out some other suggestions later on, but for now it is nice to have those two games to switch between.

If you like Where's My Water you should check out Critter Chaos. The first 20 levels are free and it's a blast to play. Definitely takes more thought than Angry Birds ... I would say it's on par with Where's My Water, though there's an added element of slime that you have to use to help solve the puzzles.

Can't say I'm not disappointed with a lot of games not having GC support (more so achievements). I liked achievements even before I got into the short term iOS gaming world and I do miss them in games. Is it something I've trained my brain to like...possibly.

With that being said, I'm really gonna start cutting back on games that don't have it.

So, I think tonight, I'm for sure buying:

Unstoppable Gorg Edit Nooo!!! It's an iPad exclusive.
Frederic Resurrection of Music

Games with GC achievements I'm on the fence about:

M.A.G
GroundCats
Coco Dash
Jet Dudes
TAMAMON

Games w/GC support that don't specify achievements:

PuzzleJuice
Ash II

Games that don't have GC support that I kinda still want:

Jazz: Jump's Adventures (will prolly get...sigh)
Time of Heroes
Niko

I think I'll just pick up Smash Cops, Ash II, Time of Heroes, and try Niko for free tonight. Going to wait and see with the other releases. Want to see Apple's new N&N list first as usual before picking up games I'm not too sure about.

I've totaly lost my drive to play on the iOS, usually I love playing on my iPhone and iPad.

I just seem to lose interest in all games I try.

What I want is:

1: An RPG
2: Interesting combat, preferable real time but Turn based is ok
3: A world to explore, as non linear as possible
4: Some kind of Loot system where you find loot, preferably Diablo-esque
5: Graphics don't matter
6: Translation is not a big issue
7: Some kind of online would be fun
8: A challenge!

What I've tried so far, some I've completed and some I've lost interest in:

Aralon - Complete
Inotia 2 - Complete and one of the greatest games on the iOS, and very good over all.
Crimson Heart - Hard to find the will to play
Inotia 3 - Wortless
Fall of Angels - To much JRPG
O&C online - Ok, but sooooo slow leveling
Pocket legends - Feels very repetetive
Dungeon hunter 1 - Complete
Dungeon hunter 2 - worthless
Dungeon hunter 3 - Come on
Battle Heart - Completet
Heroes vs monster - To linear and repetetive
Zenonia 1, 2, 3, 4 - Played, hard to keep interest up due to repetetiveness
Lost Odessy - Complete

Probably played about 20 more, but these give a good hint to what I might enjoy

I would be VERY greaful if anyone can come up with a good suggestion.
Might not even be listed as an RPG but still have the right components.

Thanks

I'd actually recommend King of Dragon Pass, but it's storybook style. However, if you're looking to get lost in a game then this is it!

Read these to get a better idea!

TA Review 5/5

Slightly Dreanged My favorite review because he nails it on the head... "King Of Dragon Pass is like reading a book; more so, it’s like writing your very own legendary story. In fact, when you finish the game you have the option to review the entire story of your clan which can be dozens of pages long. It’s truly fascinating to experience the progression from a puny bunch of villagers to a sprawling tribe. The emotional involvement is strong as you make critical choices that enrage your farmers or lose a battle and watch your warriors feel weak and pointless. It always feels like there’s something happening in Glorantha and the rest of the clans are cunning with a well-defined personality."

I'd also say look into Ash I & II.

Hey all,

1. I'm actually looking for a "casual" game. Something along the lines of Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Tiny Wings. Something that is easy to pick up and play, but you can spend hours playing if wanted and with high replay value.
I've got games like Jetpack Joyride, Mega Jump, Fruit Ninja, Tiny Tower, Super Crate Box, Flight Control, Fragger, Scribblenauts, Spy Mouse, Hero Academy, etc already if that helps.

Not looking so much specifically for an arcade-style game, but not really shooting or racing games, rpg elements could be okay or maybe a platformer but nothing too in-depth - maybe a puzzle game? But yeah, basically something challenging but with simple gameplay would be great!

2. Match 3 games. I've played games like Call of Atlantis, Plock, Dungeon's Raid - but I'm looking for a new one. Something maybe with a good story or campaign mode, good graphics and replay value.

If someone can help me that'd be awesome!! Thanks alot

Ash seems extremely linear and JRPG.
Am I completely wrong on that point?

Thanks for the suggestion, I've heard it before and I think I'll have to try KODP very soon

tt4: some titles off the top of my head, in no particular order: Bring Me Sandwiches (casual platformer with katamari-influences), Monsters ate my Condo (crazy match 3), Where's My Water (physics puzzler), Crazy Hedgy (wonderful 3d platformer), Don't Run With a Plasma Sword (endless runner with XP powerups and missions), Harbor Master (flight control with boats - but not just a clone), Run Roo Run (micro platformer, normal levels are super easy, extreme levels super hard, but if recommended if you're explicitly looking for simple games), Joining Hands (interesting puzzler).
