Those blasted Icons dimensions

I spent 30 British pounds to go and get an app published and was stuck with the Icons as Itunes would not accept the dimensions

I thought they would automatically adjust pictures when uploaded saving us a lot of headache and expense as I have to hire people to alter the pictures

I see nothing wrong with Apple wanting the images at the dimensions they want. You shouldn't need to pay anyone to resize your images at is really simple. Here is a no-cost option for you using a browser based image editor:

http://www.sumopaint.com/app/

Import your image and go to the Image menu, select Image Size and input the sizes you want.

Yeah, you definitely don't want to be paying for something as basic as that... I hope the whole 30 wasn't just for image resizing. Hell, I'll do minor adjustments for free myself, I'm bored enough.

Just have the image at the right size using the method I said earlier. Apple does all the rest automatically.

The binary is not uploaded through iTunes Connect. You used to have to do it through Application Loader, but now it can be done direct in Xcode. Choose Archive from the Product menu. Then Verify the file (the option will come up automatically), then send it using the option on the same menu.
