Game Releases 2012 - Games to Come Each Week

I've been buying a £50 itunes voucher every month, theres a few discounted websites out there (or check on ebay), i pay £35 for a £50 card so that £15 i save means a lot more games.

But out of that £50 i buy audio books/graphic novels (Dark Horse) and obviously games.

But back to the apps, was hoping the Toucharcade app would be out, if it is would they create a thread for it in the 'games' section or somewhere else ?

Edit: Just checked my purchase history. Since March 18th (a month ago), I've spent $9 + tax (ABS, Swordigo, Max Payne, Madcoaster, LostWinds, and Battleloot Adventure) on iOS games. That's really something. Up until just February, I was still spending over $60 a month on them since over two years ago. Really losing interest in the platform. Been hooked on the 360 since getting it in December and playing way too much Starcraft II now. Last iOS game I completed was ME Infiltrator on the week it came out. It's been a while.

Getting a $50 gc today though so I'll probably be grabbing CRII, SpellTower, maybe Crow, and Burger Cat if it's out. That's a good $25-$30 or so.

And yes, when I bought a PS3 I got hooked to BF3, but I have slowly returned to this platform just for the creativity it has... iOS gives us unique games that cant be played elsewhere

Nice to see Burger Cat will be coming out tonight. Looks like Total War Battles (Sega) and Illusia 2 (Gamevil) will also be releasing. Those definitely look good.

It probably is a phase though. I had pretty much been out of the loop for console games for about five years up until I got the 360. Been just playing the PSP, 3DS, iPod, and iPad since around the beginning of high school. I guess it has a lot more to do with not having the time to juggle multiple platforms than losing interest for the iOS.

Yep forgot about Burger Cat, another one for me tonight. I still think we're very lucky, in the old days (ha ha yeah i know i go on about them !) there were new releases every month or two, here i'm still happy theres two new games i get a week instead of monthly/bi-monthly.

But i do have an issue with iOS gaming as i do with MAME. On MAME i have say 3000 roms, if i get fed up instead of continuing to play to get past that level i'll simply try another game. In the 80's after you waited 7 minutes for a game to load you would play it tons whatever ! Plus you would want to get your moneys worth as you saved up $15 for weeks to get it.

Now a lot of iOS games are so cheap its easy to buy several and flick from game to game and not give certain games the justice they deserve. I've got (ahem) 300 games on my ipod, so often i'll go back and revist one of them but i need to keep playing it till i complete it instead of flicking back and forth between 5 or so !

Honestly even with just two games i want tonight i still feel lucky, the amount of games coming out weekly is brilliant
