Star Wars Brisksaber

Just saw this, about time there is some Star Wars

Description

Welcome to Brisksaber, the awesome new lightsaber simulator app from Brisk and Star Wars®: Episode 1 – The Phantom Menace™ in 3D. Choose your allegiance by joining the light side or dark side, then watch as your finger becomes a fully functioning lightsaber. Brisksaber features Episode 1 characters like R2-D2™, Jar Jar Binx™, Battle Droids™, Jabba the Hutt™ and look for other classic Star Wars characters such as Luke Skywalker™ and Darth Vader™. Challenge your lightsaber finger against killer bosses like Darth Maul™ and Mace Windu™.

Watch for updates as we release more lightsabers, cool new powers and favorite classic characters.

Compete for the highest score with millions of others on the Brisksaber leaderboard at facebook.com/brisk.

Warning: Don’t play Brisksaber while operating heavy machinery. Also don’t play it in the shower, your phone will get wet. However feel free to scream MY FINGER IS A LIGHTSABER to strangers, you will look cool and they will avoid you.

It's on the US App Store for sure, not sure of the others. And it's free. I think I'll try it and see if it's any good...
Also-it's called Brisksaber as a cross-promotion (or whatever you call it) between Brisk and Lucasfilm...so this is a legit Star Wars game...

I don't want a signature.

We need a port of Jedi Outcast. Long live Kyle Katarn!

I don't know if I could contain myself in any of the Jedi Knight series games came out. I bet they could easily port Yoda Stories, Rogue Squadron, X-Wing, Tie Fighter, Rebel Assault, and the Lego Games.

Could you imagine Knights of the Old Republic.

It is, with the addition of brief Infinity Blade-type battles. It's a actually a polished and fairly entertaining package, though really nothing special.

Just realized I can't play this anyway (3GS and up). I wish THQ hadn't lost their Star Wars license. Although I'm probably in the minority, I enjoyed Trench Run the most of the Star Wars iOS games and can't redownload it (and can't sync with my PC). Rather have that than this.

Someone from Chair is going to show up on your doorstep and punch you in the face

Infinity Blade-type battles

You just swipe at a little dude as fast as you can and try and reduce the "health" to 0 before the timer runs out. That's not IB, that's just spastic fruit ninja vs. a static target with hit points.

Otherwise, yes, nothing special, but for a commercial masquerading as a game, it could definitely be a lot worse. Fun enough to leave on the device for a while.
