Does the smaller screensize of the iphone/ipod create any difficulties for this game?

the iPhone/Pod has a viewfinder that helps a lot in keeping your word-spelling accurate. certainly the iPad is a bit easier, but I think you'll be surprised how well that aspect functions.

Wow, this game is good. I was hesitant after SpellTower (which I didn't like that much, especially on the iTouch) but PJ is so much better. A completely different ballgame, but still. It's really polished, the controls are snappy, the presentation is gorgeous. Oh and the music is quite catchy, but I feel it may be a bit boring after a couple of rounds.
One thing I'm missing is some other colour schemes for the blocks.

Is this in reference to the glitches I mentioned earlier? If so, I'd say they're very minor for the most part. It's very good and polished.

just got new and noteworthy and discounted the game to 99! everyone go get it while the price is down.

@Fimb
the game definitely opens up when you tackle euro mode and unlock more powerups. there are a lot of emergent strategies that arise from high level play. keeping your multiplier up is that 4th thing that becomes the real heart-pounding challenge.

Yep, just struggling with Euro mode right now, it's brilliant.
Glad it got new and noteworthy. Good job, keep doing it.

I've only had one freeze/crash but generally the stability is fine.

I've also accidentally mis-touched a few times so that instead of color matching, I've moved the falling blocks and vice-versa. Things get pretty hectic and you've got to be careful with the controls. Again, I imagine the iPad controls a bit better but the game is certainly playable on the small screen.

EDIT:
Hmm, just had another crash after completing a game. Hopefully an update can improve the stability a bit.

A new glitch: the background kept blinking red and no new blocks would fall. I cleared everything I could and eventually quit, at which point the game crashed.

What does the blinking red background mean, anyway? It's clearly meant to indicate something but I'm not sure what.
