The others are pretty different, or as some would say "generic". But I really enjoyed Alphadia. Others didn't like it as much, but it got me engaged and wanting to finish the story. It also seemed more polished than Symphony of Eternity.

I actually had started SoE just prior to this and I probably didn't give it enough of a chance, but I didn't fall instantly in love with it. Read about this one and decided to start playing this and play SoE later. I know people like Syntheticvoid liked SoE more than Alphadia so I may just not have given it a chance. I didn't like it's battle interface, for one. The story may get better so I'll definately play it eventually.

Haven't played Eve of Genesis so can't comment on that.

Even though the story in Alphadia may not have been that original and the RPG itself fairly standard, I still think it's one of the better turn-based RPGs I've played on the AppStore. This may set Kemco apart, but I really think even their earlier efforts are up there with the best JRPGs on the iOS. There are some really generic, terribly translated RPGs that just aren't worth the effort on the AppStore.

Don't think you'll find that the case with any of the Kemco games.

Really enjoying this one so far, but do agree that the ribbon/scrolling menu is something that could have been done better. And, yeah, the bunny is hilarious.

You can use them in battle but you need to remove them from the locker first. You remove them from the locker onto the charcter you want. So before battle go to the locker and select 'Remove' and the item will be placed on your character for use in battle.

Sorry correction ! :- You actually go to tools and then select a character then choose the option to 'Take out' an item and it will be placed in a slot thats available for use in battle.

Also i should just say that i love the music in this game. Its really grown on me !

You need to go out of the first town and select the town to the northwest of it, Holos, and go to the square.

I did that but I cant turn in the mission?.... who do I talk to?

So I have like check marks over my confirm quests but no check marks over my confirm missions, I must be missing something....

So you went through I bunch of dialog saying the ceremony was yesterday, etc.? It's a little convoluted, but I believe you go back to the first town afterwards to give the items you were supposed to give. Then you talk with that older soldier (can't remember his name), who says you need to get further training to go up the ranks and join him.

Then it's back to Holos to the guild, where you start getting training missions. I won't spoil what happens after those.

Oh, ok...you must have done the training quests. I didn't get check marks over my missions either. Try going back to the first town. It should trigger what provides the main story arc (or so it seems).
