Now I'm trying to get speed because of the serpent ninja, got many booster packs
Started using atom armor and nova to be a ninja... then used windblade to seem (even) more like a ninja

Okay, the "Flurry" videos are sort of working for me, but not the AdColony ones. It only lets me play one video, and then goes back to the "you've reached your daily cap" screen, but you can get around that by killing the Star Warfare app completely from the taskbar and reloading it. Not sure how many times it will work until the real cap is reached though.

Hi. new here. have a pretty silly question here: how do you level up ranks? I'm rank 9 already and I still don't know how it happened.
BTW I have perseus armour, windblade and m-2781. non-IAP. |

@DBC: Yeah, it stopped working for me after a while. If I'm not hitting a preset cap, then it might have something to do with the time or location you're in.
@Arrow0x, you level up ranks by playing in any mode except PvP (to the best of my knowledge, you don't get any EXP from PvP). If you've been fighting bosses for a while, that's probably how you got up to level 9 without realising it -- bosses give out obscene amounts of EXP, but you can only see how much EXP you're earning in single player mode. |

![]() ![]() Will I level up faster even if I don't always survive? I'm getting close (real close) to level 5. For right now, I'm going to focus on improving my game until I hit level 6 and can buy the Thunder armor. I can just barely survive the first campaign wave 5 with my blade at this point. While the giant gun is appealing, I'd rather be a better player without it than a mediocre player with it at this point... So yeah, will entering a bunch of MP boss fights and not necessarily surviving increase my Exp quicker? It sounds like many of the better players don't mind having noobs die early (more gold for them), so I wouldn't necessarily have to worry about being a burden, and if it increases my Exp quicker... You're still level 4 (Orange circle, single stripe)?
I can't say for sure what happens with the EXP if you don't survive/kill anything, I'm afraid. From the way the boss fight works, I'm quite certain that you'll get EXP for it if you survive the boss fight, but as for the main monster wave...gold is primarily awarded based on the enemies you kill, so it might work the same way for EXP. Personally, I'd use the "mainstream" gold you're getting as a gauge of how much EXP you're earning when you're playing online (as in, not the pickup or bonus gold). I should imagine it'll be more beneficial to you EXP wise to stay alive during online games, rather than dying a lot. It *might* be quicker to level up playing single player offline if your survival rate is significantly higher, unless you're tagging along for boss runs and surviving. As for the machinegun...well, up to you how you want to develop your playstyle, buddy. I'd argue that using the machinegun will FORCE you to figure out how to survive, however, because that thing restricts your movement significantly. Sitting in a corner where enemies don't spawn and letting them come to you is very much a legitimate playstyle -- in fact, that's pretty much what 80% of players do on Siegfried. But yeah, if you're still on level 4, I think you can safely buy the machinegun now, and then have enough cash for a few pieces of the Thunder Armour by the time you hit level 6. |

Exactly why I didn't like the big machinegun at first, I always switched to nova, until I learned... Wasn't that hard... Just had o actually use the gun.
