Which armor's better? Cygni or Perseus

can I have an explanation af why which one is better please?

What level are you? As of last night, I'm good solo (or obviously as a part of a team) up through Siegfried. Serpent and the Rages are still tricky for me...

While you're explaining, a while back there were multiple comments about the value of the Thunder set.

I have the money to start picking up new armor, but I have this weird compulsion to try to master Serpent and the Rages with the Thunder set.

Is that crazy? Should I just pick up new armor? If so, Cygni? Perseus? Other?

@DBC if you seriously like thunder armor then use it but also buy the other armor, just equip the thunder armor. So when you have the full set or when you want to switch armor you already have it. Either set is good because any speed above or equal to 7 is good, I can dodge everything except some portal charges, and double rages, and that is because I get distracted. Nothing to do with speed, both HP are really good so I did this: the cooling looking one.
