Space Station? That's Mantis's level. I just ran that a few times quite recklessly, and I still had much more than enough HP to even worry about dying. You can afford to go quite wild there

Once we're at Lair/Siegfried though, yeah, bunkering down and camping is a good idea -- though as I've said numerous times, Asasnator has some kind of crazy run-and-gun playstyle which he can use unbelievably effectively.

I'm going to start a new thread in the Player's Group to try coordinating the intended video runs. Sheinfell, that okay with you? If it's creating too much clutter, we can have that deleted and merged with the Match Set-up thread, but I thought it'd be an idea to make a separate thread for specialised boss-runs (i.e. specific set-ups and/or playstyles) rather than the standard thread

My point was, even with a short level, I got 7000 hp, what if it was serpent? 15000 health coming my way(or more). I tried to die on the level, or else I couldn't have figured out the amount of hp regenerated.

Sure, go ahead. It is not getting to cluttered yet, so one or five more threads should be fine.

Aaaahhhh...that's what's going on...
I always wondered about that, like: "geez, why do you guys insist on running off all the time? Look what it gets you, dead...again."
And here I thought I do them a favour by keeping the aliens off them.
I tried to hold back and let them kill most of the aliens, only shooting stuff that was behind them and close. But the few times I did that resulted in quite dead co-players.

Running away from you during the match is one thing...I've got players flat out ditching me at the lobby before the game starts

Newbies are so much more cooperative...a little hot-headed, but they seem eager to get to the boss

Whoa, that much? You should be quite fine then, provided Serpent doesn't aggravate you too much

For the record...when you have players who are actually using M-27s (and preferably hyper clips), I daresay Serpent is easier than Double Rages - I keep getting clipped by their projectile attacks, which is why I bring a healthpack if I'm thunder-gunning them =.="

not the enemy wave for sure
By the wave, there is this awesome pack (That I can't afford) that regenerates 70 health every second for your teammates. great for carrying noobs probably

I must admit, I'm generally hoping to avoid defensive packs for the Thunder matches, because I'm primarily trying to demonstrate how you really don't need Phoenix-level HP for the bosses when you trade it off for speed and power. Some match configurations using team packs certainly sounds like something to try out later, if people have any spare mithril (where is Superion when you need him >.>).
