Honestly i loved Game Dev story, but everything after that is just a rip, and its getting rather annoying.

This ones been out a while on android. I was thinking about getting it. Apparently it's more of a sim/rpg hybrid than others.

Currently only in the Japanese app store, not worldwide.
No official announcement on http://kairopark.jp/iphone/en/ yet.
Best guess is they'll release worldwide on Thursday...

Honestly I thought GDS was OK, but loved Mega Mall Story and several of the other more recent ones. Hardly a "rip."

I'm currently in year 3 now, really enjoying this game due to the exploration mechanic where you send a team to explore your surroundings and other planets.

Yeah I really loved MMS, Pocket League Story and Pocket Academy. Other I tried was Oh Edo Towns which was mediocre.

did i miss something? who says this game is coming out soon? i didnt see any info leading to this conclusion

It's out in the Japanese iTunes store and is in English, didn't see any Japanese words at all.
