Hi Guys,

Firstly, thank you all for the positive feedback and support.

After the success of Blot 1.1 we knew we had to do something extra special for the next update.

What better way to celebrate Independence Day than to declare Blot's freedom? On release of version 1.2 Blot's price will be slashed to zero, permanently. Now your friends can enjoy the same great Blot action but for free!

We didn't stop there though. The info graphic below goes into details but in summary Blot 1.2 includes:

• New Challenge: Paul Revere's Midnight Ride, can you get to Concord before time runs out?
• New Rewards: Tokens that can be exchanged for outfits and tools
• New Tools: The Toolbelt (allows you to equip multiple tools at once) and the Portal Energizer (recharges your portals over time to use multiple times in a single run)
• More Outfits: Enjoy the new American themed outfits and celebrate the 4th of July in style

Very nice game, as other have said, I"m glad I found it and it's free too!

Anyway, as others mentioned... Maybe we've been spoiled by Jetpack Joyride and the like, but nowadays it's kinda hard for me to play a runner for more than 30 minutes without objectives. Just a suggestion, thanks for making the game free, it's very impressive and polished.

I just got this game, it's incredible! This is up there with JJ as one of my favorite runners.

I have a question though, are you guys still thinking about adding a glow in the dark feature that you mentioned earlier in this thread?

Thanks for the feedback guys, we are always looking at ways to improve blot, and have a number of things up our sleeves.

As for the glow mode proof21, we briefly tried it for Paul Revere's Challenge, but decided to save it for a certain spooky holiday later in the year

Another great update. The background pen drawings are just great. How do you find tokens, though? I've played a decent amount since updating last night, and haven't found any yet.

Also, one other thing. I unlocked the new Paul Revere challenge, and while my lanterns do appear to be recorded correctly in terms of adding up towards the rewards, they don't seem to be correctly being recorded in the achievements section on in GameCenter itself. Still, loving the fact you guys keep adding new modes.

Currently only by lighting lanterns in Paul Revere's Ride (challenge mode). Currently there are 4 outfit and 1 tool tokens up for grabs.

In future updates, more tokens will be added for new challenge modes, as well as for some Achievements etc.

Lanterns dont appear to be logging in last acheivement, stuck on 0/80 progress.

Thanks for the update with the new hat. Unfortunately, Paul Revere's ride still doesn't tally my lanterns in the Achievements section, although they do increase on the meter in the challenge itself. Still, this is definitely one of my favorite runners.
