Well, I was lucky enough to get offered a promo code from the dev, so I will leave some impressions later.
I also haven't played Super Mario in forever, so i will be going back over the old Nintendo games to see what's different and what's the same before I start making accusations. Also, the dev did say this was paying homage to the NES days. The price tag: I can only assume is the reflection of the devs work, but in this market, I just don't know... |

Sure feels good to be "highly derivative" sometimes, eh, devs?

^Thanks as always for these
Must admit i like the look of it, think i will be getting this tonight. Some people seem to like Angry Bird clones, i'm a big fan of any Mario clones so i'll get this tonight and leave some impressions tomorrow |

Based on your responses here, I've lowered the price to $1.99 USD until next week.
I hope that you don't consider it a clone, you should play the game, it's got a lot more in common with classic platformers in general than just Super Mario. The sprite sort of pays homage to his stance and moustache but otherwise you'll find more Mega Man and CastleVania references in here really.

Where did you see that? There's nothing that says anything that it shouldn't run on a 2G and the minimum requirements are 4.2 and up so it should run.
Will be anxious to hear some impressions. |
