Sure I know Cave, but this type of game just isn't what I play. And it's about the game, not about the dev. 4.99$ seems like a bit too much (for me), that's all

Fair enough if you arent that keen on them.

I love shoot em ups, just find Caves bullet hell ones to be exceptional and far better than many others, instant purchase for me later

Here's the tweet I mentioned (they wrote it last Sunday):

"@cavegames Hi there! More shumps are to come in the near future! Which one is your favorite?"

This and the upcoming DDP Saidaioujou says there's more shmups to come. :P

The japanese Cave twitter essentially confirmed they're looking at releasing titles on Steam too.

If this turns out to be true then I'll buy a capable PC only for their games. Seriously.

@Gabrien: Personally I'm glad it's not universal. Their other titles worked for me on the iPad as they were. No need to make these games universal -- except if they make an HD version, which is a different thing. Btw have you seen this one in motion? It won't be "the same game", believe me.
Call it what you like; I just much prefer playing these sorts of shmups on my iPad without the graphics looking totally blurry... Come to think of it, you're right: makes no difference whether it's universal in this case.

And why should Cave bother fitting their graphics to match a device's resolution when people will happily lap it up as is? Perhaps it's more honest of them to not call this version universal after all.

Meh, gave up on CAVE after the ridiculous amount of IAP in DERPSMAILZ. Haven't gotten Bug Princess and I'm not getting this either.

Cool story bro.

Hopefully I'll have my Japanese card sent to my email in the next 3 hours.
