I imagine there are as many as 4 slight variations for a 1 on Melting Terrain.

1 - under the door. I have my 2 this way, with the 2nd doll pushing the first one under. So it would seem possible to get a doll under in 1 perfect shot. On the other hand, even if it's possible, no coins that way (but very fast, obv.)

2 - melt the ice, and allow the doll to fall with the blocks and ricochet into target (I just got my 1 this way)

3 - bounce off ice into lower bomb, richochet directly into target.

4- bounce into lower bomb, richochet into upper bomb, and then into target. I've been close this way... perhaps grabbing another coin in the process? (not likely, IMO)

It would seem #2 would score highest, assuming it's faster than using the bombs.

By the way, can someone explain to me what is "supposed to" happen on this level? What are the bombs and rock meant to do? I never really figured out the conventional approach!

Yah number 4 was how I originally tried to make it happen....too infrequent for me though.

Is ballistics in 1 the same as in 2 but with a better timed and rebounded shot? or something completely new? You said easy so it makes me think something new

Yes just have to rebound off the button to land the doll back on the pile of rubble. Takes a while to get the right shot, but not too bad.

I think you were supposed to melt all the ice and shoot a doll from the second cannon into the upper bomb which pushes the boulder into the lower bomb, which would then roll into the swinging gate and roll back right and sit on top of the pile of blocks in the far right corner right next to the target. Then a doll into the bomb which pushes the target through the gate and into one of the waiting ragdolls.

Took me awhile to figure out what they actually wanted you to do. I also worked out a much better solution before figuring it out the designed way.

Going to take a little break from this game, so I'm going to put it out there.

Plains - 53 dolls for me. It can go lower. It will overtake Candy as the book that determines the "overall lead."

Now to regain my sanity...

Getting desperate for points lol your 3rd in world do you really need help ??

Also an observation playing LD on iPad i can get points alot Easyer than I can on phone, just thinking it might be iPad / iPhone divide rather that HD/LD , I have had this on other games too where iPad scores out stripped iPhone by a long along way , anyone else noticed this ??

No i need no help and finally i got it in 1:-)
Just wanted to see if somebody have it with all Buttons in that Row.
I was so close few times.

Now i've some homework to do cause u got a comfortable Edge now:-)

And do you really think you can get higher Scores on LD version on iPad than on iPhone?

Well a few points I got last night on my
iPad took
About 10 minutes which I spent about 10 hours trying on iPhone maybe I just got lucky but it was on 2 levels not just 1 , I think the edge of the playing area being fully on screen helps


P.s more comfortable now ...... I spy a phantom in top 25 ( moves uncomfortably in the top spot seat )
