well bought it and would say it's a good game but it's over hyped on ta. about production values and design elements. i mean they could use different and better font in game and for ui because it just does not look like retina now. controls and visuals are good and work fine. some levels feel quite empty and shallow simply because of large pauses and the lack of enemies. but the biggest problem i have with this game is like almost always gc leaderbord. why the f the default leaderboard is for one level, why it's not for a whole run? overall it's good game and the difficulty on hard is challenging but it's not the best shmup for ios.

well if thinking about features and overall value i would say ds, but probably ddpr is my favorite shmup game.

See.. I don't put bullet hell into shmup games, as there's SUCH a difference between games like DDPR and 1945...

well, it is actually sub genre of shmups but fair enough, there is big difference. from the perspective of normal shmups it's probably the best one on ios, which is actually quite f up by absolutely ridiculous choice for gc leaderbords and especially the default.

it's like few runs and i am at the 11th spot in H default leaderbord, noone is playing for highscore or european leaderbords are so messed up? and something else about highscores. it seems like the most tricky part is destroying parts of bosses with burst. simply because the score will depend on the burst multiplier too. it's quite challenging because the is no hp meter during the boss fights.
