A new Angry Bird installment has been revealed. Space!
It's set in space, and users will find themselves battling against gravity of the alien planets. Each bird also holds his own unique super-power, from freezing rock, to being laser-guided. Remember, you heard it from me a week before anywhere else! ![]() Released March 22nd NEW 'LAUNCH' TRAILER: Low bandwidth Version | Pop Up Teaser Trailer: Low bandwidth Version | Pop Up New Teaser Trailer Youtube link | Pop Up Birds Stats: Youtube link | Pop Up Youtube link | Pop Up Youtube link | Pop Up NASA explanation of the moon gravity's effect on the Angry Birds: Youtube link | Pop Up Last edited by lord-sam; 03-20-2012 at 02:39 PM.. |

Oh wow
But I hope they make it different from the other games and not just by the power-ups.

Yeah, I agree. With Rio, they used monkeys rather than pigs, so perhaps we'll see some sort of alien.. or just a pig in a tin hat?!

Source is interview at Rovio HQ with marketing man Ville. It is officially in print... but thanks to Mr. Murdoch, I cannot provide a link for online version unless I pay, and you pay to look at it!

Could be interesting. However the realistic (on earth) physics is one of the factors that made Angry Birds so interesting. Wonder if it will be as fun with varying levels of gravity on these other planets?

Yeah, I wonder the same thing. I remember there was just one space level on a previous update of AB and I found it really difficult. Maybe after several levels, you become aclimatised to it.
