5 with an editors note that it is one of the most hotly contended scores on appspy Still, maybe it's time to try it out. It always looked like it had potential but I just heard so many bad things. That was a while ago now though...

So it's "not even worth $0.99" bad? Has anyone played it recently?

Nope I'm downloading it now exactly because all negative information I heard was long ago and the game has always interested me. Plus it's only a buck

actually the gameplay is great, however the performance at least on iphone 4 sucks, ui sucks too. mp is ok but there are not so many servers and quite many hacked accounts. and more important is the developers attitude toward the game. basically they wrote several times in changelogs that the game was optimized but well it's not noticeable. and of course there are crashes. so great gameplay and idea, but laughable management or developers. and one could expect to have icloud save feature from the game which takes so much space but it's not the case here. but on newer devices with more cpu power it runs probably better.

I keep hearing issues on iPod 4/iPhone 4, so how is it on the 4S? I've got a buck left, worth spending it on this? I've been waiting for this to go on sale for a while.

The game crashes quite often on A4 devices. I haven't tried running it on A5 ones but I would assume there would be lesser instances of crashing. If you don't mind the crashing issue the sale is well worth your buck. The game is not stable on iOS devices because of the crashing but if you incorporate all of the gameplay elements, aesthetics, etc., I would say the game is optimized but quite unstable.
