Have you tried turning off, and then turning back on the show text options in winterboard?

OK, go to winterboard and make sure "no undocked icon labels" and "no docked icon labels" are unchecked.

Even if I have to restore most of my time is takin up because I manually sync my music and videos on iTunes is there a way I can just transfer my iPod playlist to Itunes that would cut alot of time

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you other than restore.
But, may I ask what theme that is??? |
