Humanity battles for survival in the unrelenting maelstrom, their prayers for respite falling on deaf ears.

As mankind’s last champion, you have been chosen to travel to the spirit realm and infiltrate the of the city of the gods.

Sneak, shoot, steal, and assassinate your way through the massive dystopian labyrinths as you climb towards godhood.

Only by stripping the old gods of their powers, and taking control of the elements as your own can humanity hope to survive the coming oblivion.

Apotheon is an open world, action/stealth, 2D sidescoller game. In development for PC* by Alientrap.

i wonder if its like prince of persia, the gameplay from the screens kinda looks like it.

Art Style really reminds me of outland (XBLA/PSN) which is a very good sign, that game looked and played awesome.
Action/stealth 2d platformer...sounds different but great!

Good point...I'm guessing hes hoping given the website says "Final platforms and release date are still unknown, but the game will be a PC release first."
