Okay, finished WM with all endings seen.

Am I right to assume there will be a second game? Or an add-on?

Default extinction?

Has anyone tried to completely wipe out all zoas in every chamber (including destroying all seeds so nothing can be planted)? I am thinking about doing it to one of my 100%+ saves but I'd like to know (roughly) how much time I'm committing.

If we sell enough copies, a sequel is always a possibility! Right now, we really want to work on other stuff, as I'm sure you can imagine.

That said, we are working on our update plan and are definitely going to roll out new content for Waking Mars, we just haven't decided exactly what that content is going to be yet.

Anything in particular you'd like to see?

You're jumping ahead to our imaginary sequel, "Making Wars," where you play as a space marine with a flamethrower who is dropped into your beautiful, cultivated alien garden from Waking Mars and must exterminate all life.

I haven't heard of anybody trying to go this route -- the only negative is that you won't be able to wipe out the Chapter 1 lifeforms, so you won't be able to go all the way to zero biomass. But I'm sure you could do it for the rest of the game given enough time and patience!

Hi David, its difficult to see how you could just add to the existing game but my goodness what a marvelous game you made for us.Is it possible for this scientific team to have another adventure in space, its just that you have the controls so perfect within a beautifully smooth game engine,i can only imagine the work involved, but if nothing else happens thanks for this game.

Sorry madvillain! We really need a gamefaqs entry or something... anyone?

There are 5 MegaZoa, and they can be found in the following levels:

•••Spoiler:
Harvester
What Will Rise (Levitroph)
Lost Mars (Periscope)
Feranmaxes
The Reservoir (Hydronmaxes)

First let me thank you for the reply. I love iOS games for the simple fact that i feel the development teams are much more connected with their fanbase. I've found 4 of the MegaZoa sans •••Spoiler:  Feranmaxes

on the research screen it shows the 4 i've discovered, then Two open slots. is this a "Undocumented Feature"? and are •••Spoiler:  Feranmaxes in a particular place?

Thanks again for answering

Yeah, it's fun for me too -- coming from AAA development where I'd work on something for years and never even be allowed to talk to fans directly.

•••Spoiler:  Feranmaxes requires that you get into the chamber at the bottom of the level and find the 0CT0 camera module. Then the other hidden item -- the 'Abstract' -- will unlock.

Thanks for playing the game
