Paragon & Renegade – Now your facial scars and biotic colors will change with the choices you make (are you good or evil)?
Notes like that continue to make me wonder just who was involved with the development of this game. Paragon and Renegade choices in the real Mass Effect series do not directly correspond to "good" and "evil", which was a jarring enough incongruity in this game to begin with, but to explicitly state it here is bothersome.

This is far more of a Star Wars "light side/dark side" thing.

Downloading the update now. Can't wait to try out the new levels and the manual aiming.

Well manual aiming is much better, finally the game it was meant to be! It looks more than great too but the frame is around 30ish fps...

Meh. At least it finally has some sort of outcome besides a different 2-second cutscene.

I wouldn't call it a massive update but I really liked this game first time around despite the awkward controls.
This time around, the controls are hugely improved.
For me, it's a top tier shooter for ios if a bit short on campaign.
It's no mass effect console game but then again it was never designed to be and I don't play it on a console anyway.
Iron Monkey are still one of the top developers for ios.

The new shooting controls are indeed much better but im feeling the game is much easier now.

Most times I can just stand on a spot near the rear and start picking enemies with my fully upgraded assault rifle. The longer range you get without the necesity of selecting enemies has drastically lessened the need to move in the battlefield.

All in all a much better experience with the new controls.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm overjoyed that this now feels like a Mass Effect game. These controls should've been implemented at launch, but better late than never.
