Nice Trailer - looks like Infinity god has some competition...
Althought I expect this to use tap and swipe controls but Infinity God will use virtual buttons, so still might end up very different.

Also, no Chair logo. This is looks like it could be from Epic themselves, not just published by them.

It does play more like Gods of War then the two Infinity Blade Games.

Of course it isn't exclusive.

I bet it will run with a better framerate on iPad 2 than iPad 3, too.
