Mame 1.45 Rom sets are the proffered version. Compatibility is extremely good with that rom set, I haven't came across any that don't work, CPSIII, CPSII, Neo-Geo & a few others.

I totally agree, I miss the clear simple but elegant look of 0.4.

I never tried 0.4 but the background in 0.5 is a little distracting, but I am fine if it has to stay that way. Maybe it could be changed by moving a file?

Yeah, you can change the background to anything you want.

This was a quick demonstration when this version first released showing it was possible.


Here's a plain "grey"


No Icons!


The background images and icons are located in <root>/Applications/iFBA.app
I've attached the greys as shown above but if you plan on using them, simply remove the 'grey' from the filename and replace the ones in the folder. You can easily make your own colors or graphics. etc with paint, photoshop, etc.

As far as icons go, just simply delete all of the .ico files in that same folder. It didn't cause any problems but if you are worried, always backup your stuff. Then again, you can always simply re-install.

All CPSIII games work at 60+FPS on my iPad 2

I changed mine to my Xperience background (XBMC Skin)

I can upload all my Xperience backgrounds, blue looks nice but I prefer the orange.
