I'm playing on a 2g touch and the game noticeably slows down quite a bit when the scores come up at the end of a level- hopefully this can this be addressed in a future update. Great game though (again!)

App ended up being too big for a non-wifi download anyway!

Nice, I knew it would come. Now I just have to hold out for the music and then beat the challenge levels.

Seriously, a word to all dev's out there, who cares about 8mb Vs. 20mb
in that range it doesn't make much of a difference to me... I just want the app as polished as possible, if that means higher rez backgrounds and some BG music adds on a couple mb's, it doesn't make much of a difference whatsoever! But this is great news, Peggle is already great, but an update could make it GREATER!

I also think the music is integral to the Peggle experience. I don't think the design decision of keeping the size down is good enough. The same goes with the graphics assets.

+1 I think they want apps to be less than 14 mb because some limit from apple or something to download with 3g, but I like the apps to be what they need to be no matter the size

It's a 10 mb limit over 3G/edge

People who want to buy games while they're riding the train home instead of being tied to iTunes. I've impulse purchased way more games while bored and commuting than I do when I'm at home and on my computer. From a sales standpoint, it totally makes sense for them to want to keep this under the 3G download cap.

You are right Hodapp, then maybe apple should make that size limit bigger to 30 or 40 mb
