I think we are pretty safe there.
Our marketing boss has said the embargo will be lifted in a couple of weeks! Which means we can soon start talking about the game freely and stop talking in code and sign language. Can't wait!!!

Got your mate - thanks so much! We are getting a new build together today for iPod users to test. Hopefully it addresses a few of the issues we've been having! You'll get an email soon. No need to resubmit the survey though. We have everything we need.

Hey - sorry dude, you must have just missed out. We have a limited number of devices we can add to our dev account annually, so we had to be strict with our 15 tester maximum.

Unfortunately, this is EXACTLY the reason why we can't give too much away at the moment. If Apple make us change stuff, we disappoint a lot of people.

Honestly, I think we'll be ok - there's a fair amount of f*&ked up stuff on the store now. I don't think we are any worse than what's out there already... maybe the themes will get us in trouble though? Time will tell. We are submitting next Thursday!
