It means that with the smartphone version you won't be able to play with vita or pc players, you'll only be able to share some data.

No, only images number 10-12. 5-9 are from the Vita version, and the rest are PC.

Still, you get the gist of what he's saying. Also it includes an amazing opening video. I'm still watching it even though I don't completely understand japanese.

From pso-world, "iOS and Android Versions - ...will use the same data as the PC and PlayStation Vita versions. However, they will be single player only."
They should remove the "online" word from the title

EDIT: from their forums
"Seems like PSO2 will be released as an app/game for iOS and Android. Main features being chatting with friends and inventory. But will also be including a singleplayer mini game mode."

Looks like if this is true, it won't be the "full" game. We might not even be able to really play the "real" game, rather just a part of it.
