I'm assuming this is a compilation of the free-to-play games that were available through Facebook (but now with touch screen support), right?

One issue I had with those versions was that you pretty much had to use points to "equip" power-ups if you wanted to try and beat your high score (at least in Pac-Man). You could earn points just by playing, but it felt like you were 'farming' for points in sessions that didn't matter between your real play attempts. (The alternative, and what they hoped you'd do, is to spend real money on points.)

Hopefully the point system has gone away, but I doubt it.

Did actually anyone watched the HD Gameplay Trailer?
  • Yes there are iAP!
  • Yes it`s the Facebook Games and yes the Game does connect to Facebook to keep your Point Stats Online!
  • Yes you loose any iAP you have bought when you remove the Game!
Sadly just another try to Cash Cow the PAC Man Franchise on the Mobil Device...

There is no iap. You just need to be logged into Facebook to use powerups but I've gotten my highest scores without powerups. When I use them the game seems harder. Overall I'm loving it. Also, powerups are bought using coins and you can only earn them thru play...generously too.
