I'm playing on an iPhone 4S and running the latest software; I've tried playing with the High Sensitivity setting all the way to the left, in the middle, and all the way to the right (low, medium, high) but haven't seen the relative box appear at all.

I noticed that when in the Pause menu, you can select Left-Handed, Right-Handed, and then the High-Sensitivity option. I was a bit unsure if they were three separate options or how that was supposed to work. Maybe that's contributing to the issue.

Hope this helps to run down the problem. Keep up the good work.
Yeah, gotta say I still don't see much change in the game play. Basically, it seems like the leaves are still right under my finger. Moved the sensitivity one way or the other, but my finger is totally still in the way! Maybe I'm doing something wrong and not getting it...

Thanks for the feedback, it does seem like there is a bug that's stopping the new option working correctly as it does make quite a difference to the controls. But I've gone through the code, and tested and retested on all my devices and I can't reproduce anything. So as a last check I made a quick video showing how the controls 'should' work.

I'd really appreciate it if you could watch the video, and if that's not how the controls respond for you if you could post what device and iOS version you're using.

I'm really sorry about this, and about having to ask you guys for help but I'm a bit stumped as to what's causing this.

Thats the box I see when I play with my thumb on the left down corner of the screen. Was going to make a photo montage for all of you to see but the video shows it quite clear. It makes the screen quite visible for me

That video IS better, unfortunately, my finger is still in the way whether left or right and sensitivity set low or high. Using an ipod touch 4th gen. 64GB running 5.1.

OK. The video clarified how the controls work. I doubt there's a bug.

I think the box's brief appearance and the fact that the controls are relative within that box, rather than the entire screen, contributed to my confusion. I guess a more detailed explanation of how the controls work might help but the controls do work once they click.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

Bought while on sale and playing on an ipad. I'm glad I found this post, because as much as I like the look of the game, I really didn't like how the leaves were under my finger. I can't imagine trying to play on a phone or ipod After watching the video I now see how I can customize the controls, so thank you for that. You might consider making that video available in-app.

One thing that amazes me though (in a bad way) is that all notifications take place at the bottom of the screen. Where my fat finger meets up with the rest of my big hand. During the tutorial I was twisting my hand around so I could read what it said. During the game I just ignored it. I hope it wasn't imparting anything more interesting/important than the seasons changing. Maybe I could lift my finger to read it, however I don't want to interrupt the flow of the game.

Otherwise I like it so far and will give it another chance after tweaking the controls a bit.
