Feedback on promo codes forum

Seems a lot of users are disappointed when people use the promo codes that devs provide to the forum, without posting that they took one. An idea is maybe you could make this part of the message boards visible only to registered users that are logged in, to discourage non-members from grabbing the codes. I know of another forum that does this. Maybe it will encourage people to register
