Would be better if there was an IAP for ads... They lag out the game so bad, even on low graphics settings...

IAP for ads and new features is planned. Right now, to deactivate banners for current game session, you have to launch any advertisement.

What's the difference between Crash Course and Crash Course 3d: Ice?
Thanks... This looks like an interesting take on the asteroids formula. Downloading. |

Are you planning on releasing a full version or to update the old crash course?

I loved the original and was bummed out when I upgraded to the iPad and found out this game wasn't optimized for it. Looking forward to buying this when the full version is released.
Edit: Just finished. What's the ETA for the full version launch? Also, I don't have my old iTouch anymore so I may be mis-remembering: wasn't there a functionality in the original version where if I removed both thumbs from the screen, the game would automatically pause? If so, will that functionality be restored in this new iteration? Last edited by ColeDaddy; 04-10-2012 at 10:47 PM.. |

So i playtested the game...
Upon firing the game up, AMAZING GRAPHICS. Cant say anything bad about the planet graphic that is a fantastc site right there. And then... ADS. Annoying Ads. It has always been annoying anywhere so i wont talk more about that. On to Gameplay... I went Arcade mode>Normal Difficulty. The game is a twin stick shooter in a unique spherical dimension as opposed to the more common flat surface in other twinstick shooters. There is a good variety of enemies and they are everywhere. Lots of different powerups make the game interesting and variable, but sticking to whichever gets upgraded most is the best way to go, but there isnt much difference between some of the shot types. Not sure how long it took to finish, but arcade mode ended too soon. Then again, this is the free version so im looking forward to a lot more content in the full version. Also, I havent tried the other modes yet as i've only played 1 game. Controls. There are times when the shoot stick doesnt respond and stops firing. Probably because you'd have to actually touch the stick in the middle before you can move it around. This should be changed. They are responsive at what they do, IF they work. Bottomline... Im impressed. This is still just the tip of the iceberg and im looking forward to how this plays out. Good luck to the team, and i hope this turns out successful. |

Here's what the dev said earlier re: disabling the ads. FYI. I launched a couple of ads and they were disabled for the rest of the game. |
