Great gym app ★★★★★

This app improves a lot.
I use it along with fitness magazine and I can input my own fitness routines.
I like the new design as it keeps all the best from the previous.

However, here are some suggestion for the next update:
1. I like to see the whole day program first before I start the day. Currently, when I click on the date it will automatically start with the 1st exercise. It would be better if I see the list of the whole routine first, then there's a ready button. When I ready, I click it and I will begin with the 1st exercise.
2. I wish there's a button to on/off the picture/video. Currently it takes TOO LONG to switch from one exercise to the other because it loads the pic first. If I go to the gym in a daily basis, I don't really need the picture/video all the time. I would like to switch it off.

Perfect Fitness App

All-in-Fitness is a great app if you’re looking for an app that contains everything you need to keep track of your workouts, diet and health. When you first launch the app, a page of information is shown that is needed to fill out, which includes the basics such as your age and weight and height. There are many parts of this app. The Training Plan keeps track of your workouts and activities daily, which I think is great. The Calorie Counter and Body Tracker is self explanatory. The Exercise Base shows the exercises you need to do to for a certain body part or muscle, as well as equipments. If you click more, there are more options like My Plan, Statistics and Individual Workout. Some improvements I would like to see are a tutorial in the beginning of the app, possibly after you fill out your personal information, showing the significance or the purpose of each section and guiding you through the app instead of just clicking and exploring. Another suggestion is to show how long each workout will take and the equipment necessary for that workout, just for convenience of the user. There isn’t much improvement needed in this app, honestly. It is very much the full package of a fitness app, and I would recommend this to anyone that needs this type of app.

My personal suggestions:
1,Multi-language support, not just localization of the interface, but also the content (audios, videos with substitles with choice of different languages.) So that we can get more and more people involved;
2,More excercises and contens added;
3,Excercise achievement added, such as Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Master; so we can show off the achievements with frends via social media;
4,Maybe password protect is also necessary to keep private (choice to enable and disable added).
Here is the snapshot in case that the review doesn't appear in Store:

Thanks for the contest and chance!

My brother and I have got benefits from this app.The app really does help to us. We use it for training muscles and keep body figure good.

The app provides a large amount of exercises with detailed videos and images. The instructions are also very comprehensive. Following the trainer, trainees can easily finish the courses and after short term or long term efforts, effects are reflected.

There are over 700 exercises and 300 yoga courses in the app. About 100 ready-made workouts can be suitable for most users. You can also customize your own workouts using the 1000 courses provided.

Videos and images are viewed online by default. But you can download them all to make offline view.

It's very important to track your physical conditions after training. The app also provides a statistics to manage your data. You can track changes and improvements in the app.

Trainings must be done regularly and perseverely. Once you determine a workout or a course to do, you can record it in calendar. When it's time to do excerices, the app will remind you.

Many other premium features such as All-in-Fitness Magazines can be bought via In-App-Purchase.

My brother and I will keep using this app. We both hope this app can make better and better. Here're some suggestions:

1. The extra contents can be downloaded in the app. But when the app is quit unexpectedly, all what have download must be done again. Please make it a pause and function to continue download after unexpected quit.

2. The app supports only western languages now. In order to let more people enjoy the app, there should be more asian languages added.

3. I used German language setting at first. Then switch to English, but there're still some German words left. Such as under the calendar. The training I have already recorded.

All in all, the app is very practical and really worth the price!

The Perfect Fitness App for iPhone

I have been using the app for about a month. And it is mind-blowing!!!

It's certainly the best fitness app on app store. The app looks extremely polished. And it has an unbelievably huge collection of videos and images. (The description says it has 700+ exercises for men and women & 300 yoga poses with more than 1000 HD video clips, and that's TRUE!) And the navigation of this app is pure genius!!! Trust me!!!

With such a detailed database, surely you will get the correct form. The instructions and videos are accurate. Besides, you can track a lot of useful information (distance, duration, weight, etc) about each of your session.

Moreover, the app has several other professional tracker tools, namely, Calorie Counter, Body Tracker & BMI. They add an analytical and monitoring angle to the fitness part of the program, creating a new way of understanding a fitness routine and its results. The body tracker lets users follow their advance in their physical condition with the help of graphs. It also shows the user’s body mass index (BMI), the indicator of body fatness. The calorie counter tool performs two functions: it counts calories both consumed and burnt and sets a day goal which shows how many calories a user must burn to keep fit.

But I do has some suggestions:

1. Although the navigation of the app is very effective and intuitive. But I still think the first-time user should be introduced to a tutorial page, since the little triangles are not that easy to find and you have to learn how to use them correctly.

2. I love voice instruction. But on All-in Fitness, when you start workout, you have to tap the media page so you can listen to instruction. Since it's iPhone app and I always plug my in-ear, I hope there will be a button on the timer page, so I won't have to tap two more times to listen to it.

3. I hope there will be playlist feature, so I can listen to my music when I exercise.

4. I hope an iCloud sync option will be available soon. I know this will be tricky. But that will make this app a killer! I know a lot of users are dying to integrate their information on iPhone and iPad.

Thank you again for this great app! The UI is even better than the iPad version.

This fitness app is a prime example of something that technology, and especially the iPhone and iPad can really help and provide something that we wouldn't have without apps. You can now have videos, photos, tips, trackers and data analysis all in one place, with the ability to carry it around with you. There are a few apps that offer similar features, but this is definitely the best. For this price, it's also something that I would recommend to anybody, as it's fantastic.

To start with, this app has got a lot of great features that I really love. Things like the ability to track various different body parameters and then compare them over time is great, as well as the ability to record everything you eat and keep to a 'budget'. With over 100 workouts, and pictures, text, videos and audio to accompany each of them, it's well covered in that area as well. It's also got lots of features that although small, are little extras that make this a joy to use, like the ability to download all content at once, so you can use it without WiFi, lots of different restaurants on the food tracker, a nice magazine, as well as different profiles so that different users can use it on the same device at the same time. You can't fault it for its features at this price as it's superb for this price.

Even though the app is awesome, there are a few features and changes that could be introduced that I think would improve the experience. While they aren't needed, they would add that little extra polish that makes an incredible app stand out from something amazing.

- iCloud: Although this isn't really needed, as you can manage everything separately, this would be an incredible feature to come. I think it's great that the app has both an iPhone and an iPad version, but it really needs sync between them, and with the ease of iCloud it would be perfect. I find it best to manage everything on my iPad at home, but then I don't have the data with me when I'm on the go. At the same time, if I go to a restaurant to eat something and use the food database to add it, it won't be on my iPad when I get home. iCloud would vastly improve the experience.

- Calorie Counter: At the moment, the calorie counter is pretty good, and it's got a lot of different chains, such as big nations ones to more local ones, recipes, popular brands and almost everything I could search for. However, it does lack the choice of other apps, as they can offer over 500,000 choices instead of 300,000! 300,000 is a lot, but it's best to have as much as possible as if you're lacking just one meal from your day it can really mess up your tracker and progress, especially if you're trying to stick to a particular regime.

- Graphics: I think that this looks and feels a lot better than the iPad app, so I'd love to see this as a template for that. The design feels a lot better, and I definitely prefer the icon on this. This app feels a lot better than other apps, and this is partly due to the user interface as it's nicely designed so doesn't feel bad to use.

- Few Bugs: For the most part, this app was solid, but I did experience a few crashes that I would love to be sorted out. However, a few annoying hiccups did take place, notably as I tried to download all of the content or when I tried to search through all of the food options available. Despite these, they are only small and it's much smoother than other apps that I have tried.

- Individual Workout: I've seen the individual workout option, and it seems like a great price, offering something that a personal trainer would charge a lot more for. However, I'd love to see some additional options, maybe information about the team who produces it, or an example copy. This might make me more likely to buy it. Maybe in the future we could also see additional services, such as a subscription, where the plan is evaluated every so often based on your progress. This would be much better than paying every single time, only for minimal changes.

- Metric/Imperial: I saw the option in the settings, but this didn't seem to change anything even when I restarting the app.

- Gym Locator: With GPS on offer, I'd love to see the ability to search for local gyms, or search by location if you're visiting somewhere else and you don't know where to go. It could include information about the gym, such as address, map, price, website and contact information. Not many apps offer this and it would be a fantastic feature to standout from the crowd.

- Tutorial: This app has a lot of different features, so many in fact that it can be really confusing once you first open it up! Maybe it could include some sample data or a tutorial that you could access if you wanted some help with. I think it would help a lot and cut down on the time that you had to mess around in order to be comfortable with the app.

With everything considered, this app is already perfect. It's packed full of different features that cover almost anything you could ever wish for. Best of all, this is all available at this amazing price. Many similar apps can cost $9.99, but this is just as good and costs a lot less.

Highly recommend it
Review:
As a gym newcomer i highly recommend this app because it is easy to use and has lots of routines on any taste and equipment. Beautiful UI make user experience even better, because all features can be quickly access using only two or three taps. When I read the description I said: OMG 1k exercises. I can download all exercises or one by one. I think it is great as i have 8gb iPhone i cannot store all the data.
Here are some improvements suggestion:
*Translate List of food to Other languages (English is not my native language so sometimes I have difficulties)
*More Calculators
*General information about food that will help to gain muscle mass
* More calculators
*In app music control feature
*Favorite exercise tab
*Tutorial during first lunch
*Ability to send Workout history via Email or to Dropbox

..... And Still The Best
Well since I have the app for Ipad as well it allows me to compare

As I have said before I was a bigger fan of the original simple black metallic background which I think gave it a more rough and tough appeal to me as a guy but I can see how this new look has a more unisex feel.The BMI now works perfectly and the different excerse sections have been fixed and even upgraded with some new exercise, the Yoga section is now up and running(thank you).

The my workout section works great now and the Advanced Search seems to be capable of finding workouts no matter what combination I input . All and any data is saved and my profile info was secured from the old version.I really think that including gender which now allows you to cater the workout differently for men and women was a great idea

Besides that you still get a video audio and text to teach you each exercise plus the pictures then you also still have that great X-ray pictures showing exactly which muscles are worked with the exercises .

I still wish the audio and video was combined this is my biggest issue with the app , as well as the fact that it does not look or feel as polished as the ipad version
Also more videos for Yoga section plus a warm up video and some videos for Cardio would be nice
Another Idea is have a section for people who don't have time for gym or home workouts put some exercises that can be done at the office or on the street like chair dips make it an office workout section and have everyday items that can be used to workout with.

with just a few new touches it can become the every mans workout app and remain without a doubt the best workout app in the entire app store
