Will this game have any interesting battle gameplay rather than just beat-em up with the strongest monster available? How do i explain this better..

...okay, for example in Pokemon, there is this bird Swellow who can move twice faster when being affected by a state effect like "burned" and have this attacking move that is powered again when affected by a status effect. So you can easily sweep a whole overrated team alone with both bonus in effects. Now that was a fun strategy to use... so will this in any way be similar to Micromon's battling gameplay?

There's been no updates for ages now! Guess we've been forgotten about! Just hope this is out soon, as it looks very promising! More so than the other games of this style coming out soon
