App description: Compatible with the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, Rogue Town is an intense 2-D endless runner that lets you step into the stirrups of a rogue on the run! Complete with dark, desolate landscapes, this adventure offers addicting gameplay, quick arcade action, and the thrill of the chase as you, dodge, leap, and fight their way past obstacles and enemies.

Youll need quick reflexes and fast trigger fingers. The game gives you control of the rogue, a mysterious loner whos in town long enough to visit the local bank and out again before the authorities can catch up to him. Keep the rogues speed up by leaping over barriers, ducking under low-hanging obstacles, and gunning down attacking vigilantes. Use Rogue Towns intuitive tap controls to dodge and fire when obstacles and enemies appear. By keeping the rogue running as long as possible, you can rack up achievements, post your high scores on leaderboards, and collect cash to spend in the in-game store on new vehicles and other upgrades.

Rogue Town includes over 25 achievements to unlock by running farther, eliminating enemies, and collecting cash along the way. Compete against your friends and your own high scores by racking up achievements and posting your high scores on Game Center!

Fans of endless runner games will love Rogue Towns upgrades. Collect cash and spend it on new rides and multipliers:

*Motorcycles: Zip through the landscape to cover a greater distance. Just keep your rifle handy.

*Gliders: Soar through the skies, diving and weaving to grab money. Watch out for the ground!

*Resurrections: Get an extra life when you get caught between a rogue and a hard place (or vigilante, abyss, or log pile).

*Multipliers: Buy the ability to temporarily double, triple, and quadruple the number of bags you collect after you get a full set of golden bags.

Dark, moody atmospheres and threatening landscapes set the stage in Rogue Town. The rogue will race through open highways, gnarled forests, abandoned carnivals, and desolate cities in his flight from the law. Each new landscape draws you further into the rogues escape and into this dark vision of the wild west. Make it far enough and youll be treated to the rogues tripped-out dream sequence, a temporary haven of cash and clouds. Just be ready to run again when your feet hit the ground.

The good points end with the great visual style. The game is pretty fast too so that's a good thing.

But the game's too raw. Controls arent as spot on as the jump feels kinda sluggish and awkward. The shooting is pretty similar to games like Monster Dash and One Epic Game which is pretty decent.

Sounds affects are annoying. Shot sounds arent as pleasing or satisfying to hear, and the tell when there's an incoming enemy is annoying as a 350 lb chick in a porn film.

Whenever you fail, there isnt a death animation. Yup. NONE. Maybe they just didnt have time to make one and just let the game out as is. Sounds like a beta, but im still just keeping this on my computer.

Hopefully, updates may improve the controls and they switch out the sound effects. Although, im sure it's a longshot as he game is free. But for now, im disappointed at how nice the screenshots are and the description is, when compared to the actual game.
