Its not hard, you just both have to keep exitting and looking for each other. Takes a max of 15 seconds or so. This is because there are hardly ever more than 5 or so folks looking for a game at the precise moment in time you are.

My wife and I have battled several times, and it adds to the fun a lot.

They fixed the IAP! You can now get all the formerly IAP characters for an arguably reasonable sum, max of 9900 coins.

That isnt going to be quick, and is doable only if the game becomes a favorite.

That said, I am ranked 2000 of 45000 with the starter witch, with a lot of upgrades. There are people with fewer upgrades that are even better ranked. And people with more upgrades that are lower ranked -- skill matters just as much as upgrades (within limits).

So I dont really see any problem with no having access to certain witches unless the game becomes an addiction for you, or unless you are mortally offended that you are ranked 500 spots lower than you otherwise might be because of people that bought IAP.

High ranked folks: what do you think is the best witch? Several of the IAP witches seem to outperform the starter witch. I tend to think the vampire is the strongest, but I havent played the fire witch that often.

I was just posting some info about the new update... It looks a way better. The biggest minus was the cost of all the characters. Now it is nicely done. I didn't even try to play it when i saw this IAPs. As I hear, it is possible to do it. Now there is sth which can motivate me.

I applaud the change as well, but its not as big a deal as all that because the starter witch is very fun and can take you to the top ranks if you are good enough. Also, the unlockable witches will take many hours of playing to unlock, and that is just to unlock them, not to upgrade them.

Sure... I got it. But i take it as an adventage. I find unlocking all characters as a motivation, as I said a post ago. Things like this just keep me playing.

Caution: if you upgrade the free once a week witch, the upgrades are only for that day. My wife made this mistake.

Anyone have an opinion on the best witch? I see a lot of good ice and poison witches, but it may be just because they are cheaper than vampire and fire.

An earth witch was trouncing me with the shield spell, but I think they may have just outplayed me. Shield may last 6 seconds when upgraded, but it doesnt block on all sword attacks, just the first one, right? Because she was using shield around every 8-10 seconds, and it would be crazy powerful if it blocked all sword attacks in that entire period.

The modes of this game are very nice. 7 characters has unique performance. I like this game.

Update out! Gold cost of spell upgrades for purchasable witches lowered a LOT! Looks like some unannounced balance changes as well, nerfing the OP poison witch's first spell (which was often spammed) and the the fire witch's top tier spell slightly (because it was basically a game ender when fully upgraded).

This is the BEST head to head match 3!
