Anyone know anything about this match 3? Apparently, it was sold by Big Fish for the PC, but I could not find any reviews.

I got it since I like most match3 games. Looks nice. Not a lot of power ups so far. Has a story. So far it is a sort of typical match3 type game. No scoring though, just objectives - get key to bottom, destroy blocks, etc.

Well, actually you didn't win the award, that went to hidden wonders of the depth 3,you were runner up. And it's rewarded for first seven days sales within the company of big fish. Not that it matters much, just find it odd to say you won an award when you didn't,and one that's only based on sales and not gameplay.
Looks good enough though, think i'll give it a try!

After playing it for the last couple of hours, I would have to say that it is a reasonable match 3. Has some fun mechanics. I don't think that there is a way to lose, so it is perhaps more of a casual match 3. Still, worth the opening $1.99 that is being asked. It would probably benefit from having some scoring mechanism, and perhaps some method of actually losing. Maybe there is a way, but I don't see it.

4/5 stars

Edit: level 7 there are spiders that kill you if they reach the top of the board. Much more challenging.

I have played a handful of levels so far and I agree with what Pluto6 has posted. The game is a fairly conventional match 3 with a simple story. The graphics look quite nice, but the gameplay lacks challenge. There is no timer involved. It is just a matter of persisting and making matches. Hopefully further on this will change. Otherwise, this is not a game I would recommend unless you are looking for a very casual match 3 experience.

Edit: I have now progressed a little past the midpoint of the game. The last number of levels have been much more interesting and challenging then the earlier ones (although there is still no way total at a level). There are some interesting variety of blocks and matches that much be created to complete various levels and I am very much enjoying the game now. I am happy with this purchase and I will play through the end. If the devs added a harder difficulty mode with time limits, there would be some reason to replay it.
