This is a great game... for FREE it's a steal.

Was going to get it, I love dungeon crawlers.
Sadly, saw the IAP's and changed my mind.

Yep, because every single game with IAPS is inherently bad

So this isn't? What's worse than games with IAPs are games which stop your progress till you buy IAPs after you have put in 2 hours into the game.

I think that nfong's implication was otherwise.

On another note; reviews say that the game constantly crashes since the update. Can anybody confirm this?

Currently enjoying: CtR, AB: Space, Guitar Hero, Rock Band Reloaded, Burger Queen World, Hunters: Episode One, Batman Arkham Lockdown, Ice Race, Bar Oasis1.5, Air Gamblers: Supremacy, Mage Gauntlet, Real Racing 2, Inotia2/3, Undercroft, Pocket Warriors, Ascension, Chaos Rings

I was just pointing out how people pass up on a potentially good free game just because the game has IAPS. It's pretty ridiculous IMO...there really is no reason to complain before you even try out the game yourself, especially since it's free...you really have nothing to lose...
Seriously though, I have plenty of games with IAP, and I would say a fair majority of 70-80% don't feel necessary. I think it's sorta unfair how IAP is always getting a bad rap because of how freemium models abuse it - but most premium apps don't.

This argument is wrong, I stand to lose quite a lot in the form of my time.

Since I'm not interested in a debate (nor am I attacking you or anything), I won't comment further.

I'm going to pick this up, finally. Strangely enough, since I stopped buying games my backlog has continued to grow at the same pace....

Good point, I do agree with you here.

At any rate, for those of you that have the game already, are the IAPS necessary? i.e. unreasonable amount of grinding without them

I finished the game with no IAP's, but that was before the IAP's were even implemented.
