I also would rather buy it outright. So since you've tested it, how bad are the IAPs???

I tested the Beta version not the final version so I don't know how bad the IAP are and it's 6 more hours until it hits the german AppStore

iAP's are very balanced. Not so pricey. You can also make alot of coins while playing too,so it's all fair

This is Kiloo Games, after all Take a look at Bullet Time, both for an insight into the quality of Kiloo's freemium games, and to see how they handle IAP (basically, there are no Gameloft-style timer caps on gameplay, the IAP currency can be earned through gameplay, and thus all content is accessible without ever spending a dollar).

Well said. In my opinion, that's the only way to justify IAP.

Good to hear about the IAPs. Yes, Bullet Time was very much playable without IAPs. Don't mind spending some money to support the devs. Just hate consumables that require purchase after purchase, etc.

As a Temple Run fan, I'll definately be picking up this tonight. Looks like it could even be more fun.

Game Impressions

Very fun core gameplay tainted by the usual freemium pitfalls of imbalanced upgrade costs and options to buy better scores. Try it for yourself if you want and see how you get on.

Showed the trailer to a family member and
she said it looks great but was concerned it might send the wrong message to some children about playing around train and subway cars!
Just some food for thought:
Still looks great even with IAPs
