Save game is important to me as I don't always get a straight, long length of free time to play. I am typically asked to do something, or come here or there and I need to put the iPad down for a bit. Or I'll play a little bit of something in the car. 10-20 minutes is about the normal length of uninterrupted time. I have now had to replay the swamp level three times and I still have not finished. I will need to start it a 4th time.

Please don't hesitate to buy this game without a save options. Of course I would highly appreciate this feature it's not 100% necessary.

Btw. How long are your games going? (campaign)?

Saving and loading is almost complete, we are just testing it atm. Hmmm with saving, it seem possible for larger and longer maps, what do everyone think of huge map, 4 times of current map size?

I'd really like to see some larger offline skirmish maps to play 2x2, 1x1x1, 1x3 or 1x1x1x1 with/against the AI.

Bigger maps would make more sense to me for battles between 3+ armies as people wrote here. However if it stays a 1x1 affair, then I don't really see the benefit of a larger map, they are in my opinion big enough as is.

Going with GiHubb's opinion.

It has to be more than a 1v1.

Default Elevated terrain map

Hi,

I'm completely stuck on the elevated terrain map in the campaign. (the map where your pikemen get shields and catapult get flare). What I do is build pikemen, activate shields, and then walk close to mountains... So that the elevated enemies become distracted and fire at this unit. Next, I bombard towers with my catapult, and shoot archers with archers. But it is a very very slow strategy, and I hardly have conquered much area before a large army of enemies comes and wipes me out.

I also noticed that sometimes, but most of the time not, my pikemen are capable to climb up to the elevatated terrain. And when they are on top, they can more quickly defeat the enemy there, but they can never go down again. Is this a bug? Or is there a consistent way to get up and down of the elevated terrain which I just haven't discovered yet?

I hope someone can help me out...
Regards, Jan.
