Go into the basement and look on the wall. that's where you can find the word. Maybe it's random (?)

you need to have the hammer, then go to the attic, break the mirror to get a key, which opens the doll that contains the hair.

I've also had trouble with the ouija board too. I type in the word and nothing happens?

But the basement door puzzle is doing my head in.
