No, I was explicitly searching for those the whole time and I didn't see anything having to do with anything nuclear. It might have something to do with nuking China since they're two separate achievements? I'm attempting to find out if that's the case as I'm typing this message. The only triggers that popped up besides the ones I mentioned about her swearing revenge MIGHT be the London Olympics mystery and getting her into presidency before they stop postponing it.

As previously stated when Spalin threatens Russia/China, you add a symptom, i chose paralysis due to a previous attempt of generals arresting the president. I first completed this a 3 AM today while attempting to cause a nuclear meltdown, which i have since completed in both Japan and UK. If the dev sees this i would like to know if this is the only way to nuke or if there or others, thank you.
I have however used similar mutations before the recent update (1.3) and was never able to get the president to threaten others. I think it may be related to possibly a bug in the game when downloaded from app store? I do love the game and thank you for the effort you put into this amazing app.

has to be an influence (have yet to be able to repeat spalin threaten another country again ) current game im sitting at 2020 with spalin in power no threats, started in china and have the new round of nuke tests.

Still pretty random and/or just a freak fluke that ASWCC got it :P

I wish I still had that game up or I would list off what ones I had! D: But I'll just write off the ones I knew I had. Diarrhea, Nausea, Cysts, Abcesses, Hypersensitivity, Vomiting, Coma, Insomnia, Paranoia, Insanity, Coughing, Sneezing, and Fever. I think I might have had a couple more but those are the ones I can recall. Also, it might have something to do with what I did. I wasn't expecting to get Palin into presidency, so I was making a disease that was a little on the lethal side without outright sending countries into anarchy (eg: fever, seizures) until countries were beginning to release drug safeguards and approve human experimentation. EDIT: I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING. You have to have or add paralysis to get her to nuke either country (Generals PARALYZED and unable to stop it from happening)

These are snapshots from Nuking Russia i dont know however if they will work due to the "randomness of the achievements. Shortly after the nuke, a nuclear meltdown took place in France (image also attached).

I started in China and the USA still nuked Russia so some other factor is involved. If anybody can figure out what it is please inform me.
