Would be interested in any strategies for nano and bio on brutal under the latest update, where devolving starts to cost DNA points.

I did nano and bio under version 1.2, they appear to be way more difficult under 1.3.1

Anyone know how Nucleic Acid Neutralisation actual affects the game.

I think for Russian Nuclear Retaliation you need to have Cold 1, 2. Not sure about when to add them. I added them after Spalin election and it worked.

You can add them at any point. If you do it after her election it will work sooner

The 1.3 update made me want to start picking this game back up. I started attempting to beat all the plague types on brutal and I just learned that devolving now costs dna points after afew mutations... Anyone else think that makes fungus extremely difficult to do on brutal? Or is that just me?
Any strategies for post-1.3 update plague types on brutal?

Oh shucks, I thought I might have had it with 269 days, but you are indeed a master of the insane bolt!

Just curious, but does anyone else experience the rather irritating glitch of getting "stuck" on a country and not being able to view world or other countries' infected/dead statistics?

Also, has anyone else noticed that sometimes there is a lag in getting initial DNA points? I keep starting in a country (doesn't matter which) and get no more than the one DNA point for quite some time (a month plus).

Reptile_16 and my girlfriend's son have both done 266 days, I can only claim 2 be 3rd.

Wow! I have some work to do if I'm going to beat anyone at this rate, they are true experts!

If only the game had an "undo" button that would let you go back to the point before your last move, I hate it when I spend DNA points on something that doesn't help me at all :P

P.S. Just wanted to thank you and all the other contributors who posted advice on how to complete all the achievements, couldn't have done it without the help.

I've been through the forums and seen some of the strats for plague in space but still can't get it. Is there anything else then water and air all the way and starting in America?
