That's a SCAM app! This is the real one: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/procamera/id300216827?mt=8 and it's not on sale. I tried to list the appinfo, and it pulled the fake info, wth??
Nice catch. It's at best a complete copy with the same screenshots and everything, and probably just a scam. Appinfo is messed up when there's more than one on the screen. I posted about it toward the end of this thread: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=122839
The app being posted about here, 专业拍客, is free. The app they stole their icon, screenshots, and want you to believe this is, ProCamera, is not free and never has been (at least not in the past year), though it was recently on sale at $0.99. In addition, last night I was able to follow the link for the bogus app and see it in the AppStore. Today the "request cannot be completed" so I'm wondering if it's been pulled already.
With the fake app, there's 354 ratings averaging 1 star via the China store. That so screams "insta-get"!

For people who don't know, GE is www.gnomeescape.com. You have to register, then click on Free Hits, go to the third page and click Get App (I think it's this. Mine has changed since I already clicked it.) then just wait for an e-mail with a link to redeem it from iTunes. Usually takes a couple of minutes. Make sure to check your Spam folder too.
It's not a fake, Jens Daemgen has another Company in Germany, called Cocologic GmbH! The other app was set from $ 0,99 to free, because there are IAPs. By the way, this is my favorite camera app
