Myst, Peggle, Bookworm, NFS, Rolando.

Definitely NOT Oregon Trail, and I don't recommend AC.

I've been hearing some really positive things about Marble Blast Mobile, I wouldn't recommend Oregon Trail unless you're really into slower paced games. I thought Assassings Creed was ok, but not spectacular.

Thanks guys, i already have Peggle & Rolando.
I am a big NFS fan as well, does the iPod version has Cops in the game?
Been looking @ Bookworm for a while, looks like a mix of that Azu**** puzzle game and the thousands of word games that are out there. What makes it better then other word games?
I already have Word Fu, Textrpolis, etc...

Got Peggle, the Rockchinko game looks like a Peggle ripoff, pass.

What makes Bookworm better? It was made by Popcap. They made Peggle, they is genius =D

NFS has cops. You get to kick their ass too lol. The cutscenes are laughably bad though.

Daaaamn, NFS is $10, that's about $4 more then other premium games on the App Store.
I will wait for a price drop.

It is a Peggle clone no doubt but its a very good one with tilt features and more. That seems to be the attitude towards the game though, that its just a copycat. I have them both and they both a great, Rockchinko is no generic game.

Here are my more-or-less unusual game app suggestions (please note, I'm the crazy owner of 1455 apps...).

- Peggle, 4.99

It's THE ultimate iPhone game. Almost 1000 reviews on iTunes, almost all 5 stars. 'Nuff said.

- 1112: Episode 1, 7.99

This one will last you for hours, as it is beautifully executed and very hard indeed (but the story propels you to keep trying).

- Real Soccer 2009, 4.99

The best sports game in the App Store (pace Tiger Woods)

- Deer Hunter 3D, 5.99

Wildly addictive, best hunting game so far, but perhaps you could wait for a price reduction.

- Need for Speed, 9.99

Ditto about the price, but still worth it.

- Buckingham Palace: Hidden Mysteries, 4.99

The best of the HOGs. Difficult clue-solving, super-polished graphics.

I agree with the other poster -- Assassins and Oregon Trail are overrated. Possibly also 2XL Supercross, at least for the price. Underrated apps include Car Jack Streets (on sale, 2.99), and Terminator Salvation (ditto, 5.99).

EDIT: Oh, I saw that you have Peggle already. I have Bookworm, and though it is excellent (and I adore that kind of word puzzle game), it's also a little childish. I like Wurdle.

EDIT #2: I just purchased Sonic the Hedgehog, and I think it's overpriced for 5.99. I would wait about a month until the price comes down (3.99 is perfect).
