Disclaimer: I know the developer of Monstaaa! in real life, though I hadn't played the game until it was finally released. I saw the preview that was posted for Monstaaa! some time ago in the upcoming games section and thought that it looked pretty awesome, and it is great to see a game using tilt/accelerometer mechanics. When I finally downloaded and played the game a couple of days ago when it was released it was really pleasantly surprised. There is loads going on here, and surprising depth to the control. The graphics and sound are really well crafted and fit together perfectly. Being super old it reminded me of classic Amiga games, and has an atmosphere sort of like Lemmings -- like a weird fairytale. It is well worth the 99 cents up-front cost (it's half price at the moment), and I think Pixel Elephant have done an awesome job.
