This looks impressive

But.. Will the robot show any emotions? Is this robot created by a set of movie clips or is it done with openGL?

The robot is fully animated and will laugh if you say something funny, shake her head when she disagrees, look up when you request info on the weather, and so on.
We aim to add many updates to her graphical behavior during the coming weeks.

Waiting for this new update

I think the new update will make voice answer a unique one of that kind. While translating, is it really support voice translation.

I know the animated assistant is a big feature of this app, but I'd really like a setting to disable it completely - without having to swipe each time. There are times when I'm using it and people nearby think I'm talking to some erotic sex robot...

In the upcoming update we have ensured that the app always starts up with the last view. So you will never need to see her again and just use the text view, if you so choose.
