Looks a lot like the old pc game Cannon Fodder, which was absolutely great!
If its even close to Cannon Fodder, it's InstaBuy for me.

It looks awesome, and my suspicions were right, it's Cannon Fodder for the iOS!!

One of the funniest, simple and best games in its genre in the old days of DOS.
I've spend many an hour on Cannon Fodder 1 & 2. Albeit, a lot of that time was also spend tweaking the batch file so I could free enough memory to run it on my 286 PC...
